Dladybug Properties / GrownUps will periodically offer our members special reduced pricing, product samples, and new product or event listings. As defined in this privacy policy, we do not rent or sell our lists to any third parties. Furthermore, you will never receive any offers from any Dladybug Properties site on behalf of any third party. All mails will include an opt-out link to indicate you DO NOT prefer to receive notification of special offers and news regarding GrownUps, Ladybugn.com or Ladybuglinks.com products. E-mails will be validated and sent thru GrownUpsMeet.com domain, or thru VerticalResponse, the mailing system we use to maintain a secure mail list. You might see references to "vresp.com" on some mails, this is the domain of the mail server for VerticalResponse.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the GrownUps or Ladybugn websites. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, enter contests & sweepstakes, complete surveys, submit newsletter registrations and other notification requests, and request to be contacted by GrownUps staff. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name, Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information, (Only on Paypal-enabled pages) demographic information, gender information, and responses to survey questions.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not see payment information collected by Paypal, even if you use a credit card payment NOT using a Paypal account. Paypal processes the card on their secure server, and only notifies us of the transaction. Shipping address and e-mail address is given us by Paypal, only to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing a gift order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive, and notify customers of new products, member events and updates, and periodic special offers. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties. In all cases, GrownUps will provide a means by which any recipient of these email notifications can opt-out of receiving any future emailings.

Our Commitment To Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
